DOCUMENTARY
The Making of Blue Spectrum
It was a joy to interview, film, script, and edit this video that features the story of Zayne Harshaw, a talented young musician with autism, and his band, Blue Spectrum.
A Club Without Walls
This project was designed to highlight a program that supports people with disabilities in gaining skills through volunteerism and to tell the stories of the individuals involved. The objectives were awareness and education.
Role: onsite director and interviewer, filming of b-roll and all post-production including graphics & editing.
Client Spotlights
These client spotlight videos ​videos were developed to help ​staff understand the impact of ​their work through visibility into ​the purpose and outcomes of ​their projects for clients.
These were shared with the staff ​at our weekly all-staff meeting. ​Intended for internal use and ​culture building, so they ​contained video tropes and ​inside jokes the team ​appreciated. They also provide ​insights into the comprehensive ​work done with each client.

Training Examples
I played a vital role in the development of training material into online training modules for the entire catalog of the Ohio Alliance of Direct Support Professionals CIP, CAP, and FLS courses.
These courses were previously ​only taught in person. ​Development into online ​training modules included ​supplemental research, ​scripting, and the combining of ​several elements, including ​animation, graphics, voiceover, ​and visual presentation. ​Interviews and recordings were ​developed to support the ​learning as needed.
I then worked with the online ​LMS to publish the courses, ​assessments, and evaluations as ​required.
Role: project manager, onsite director and interviewer, scripting, filming of b-roll, hiring and managing of voice and video contractors and all post-production graphics, animations, and editing. LMS development.
Special Projects
As part of my work for the Ohio Alliance of Direct Support Professionals, I had the opportunity to work with various organizations on special projects that helped highlight innovative programs or celebrate important events. For these projects, I would hire a contractor to support the filming. I handled the 2nd camera, interviews, and all post-production, including graphics and editing myself. Additionally, for the cooking show I operated a live broadcast, streaming through our platform to support watch parties.

SOCIAL Outreach
I independently developed further outreach for WorkerBee.TV. with Informational content for our ideal customer. I completed scripting, editing videos, and developing graphics. I had over 3700 impressions in a given week with this content.

EXPLAINERS
Videos are a valuable way to ​support the comprehension of ​difficult-to-understand concepts ​and to promote access to ​resources, explain programs, and ​gain audience support. Here are ​some examples of videos created ​from end to end.

CONSULTATION & STRATEGY
About THE PROJECT
American Rental Association approached our organization with dwindling revenue and challenges with recruiting and retaining members. They desired to complete a total overhaul of their structure and strategy to support a digital transformation. We interviewed and researched to develop a strategy that included a complete restructuring, two platforms, and a commitment to two series of videos.

About THE PROJECT
Amputee Coalition received two grants to create materials for their community. We supported them in determining the best way to meet their objectives within their budget. The series of videos resulted in a substantial number of assets. We were able to capture, script, edit, and deliver 29 videos in under 3 months. The client was extremely happy with the results.

EVENT PromO And ON-SITE Production
About THE PROJECT
Clients like Amputee Coalition and WCR engaged us for their annual event to capture and create content. Prior to the event, we created promos and hype videos through a team that included an in-house content developer, a contract videographer, and a contract editor. For the event we worked with the team and planned sit-down interviews for a variety of campaigns and programs, b-roll capture of the event, spontaneous interviews of the participants, and on-site editing and production of daily recaps.

About THE PROJECT
Clients like Susan G. Komen worked with us in order to help make complex scientific topics easy for the general public to digest. We produced several series of videos for them including the Share for the Cure videos and Big Data for Breast Cancer videos. The process requires additional planning to get to a digestible and legally approved script, achieve the desired look, and coordinate feedback of multiple groups of stakeholders. Docu-series production
About THE PROJECT
Jobs of Tomorrow and Transformative CEO were docu-series which I had the opportunity to support. JoT was a unique opportunity for clients to have a television series-level production where they could reach a larger audience around workforce initiatives. Since it was produced for TV, there were a lot more regulatory requirements around it and the process was intensive. Each season had 24 episodes and additional assets.

A multi-media hub platform, a Learning Management System and a Solution Center were part of the wrap around services provided to clients. Working with the IT team, we built the platform, configured it to each client, and migrated their content. There was then ongoing support provided for optimization and issues.

LIve panel webinar
About THE PROJECT
The Live Panel webinar is a live production streamed to various platforms, which allows unique levels of interactivity between the audience and the experts as well as a higher-quality live show through the use of graphics. The project engages both creative services in scripting questions, creating graphics, and in editing a promo, a videographer for live switching of graphics using OBS software, and IT to ensure connection to platforms. There was a team of 6 for each live panel, which included a content developer, a graphic designer, a video editor, a videographer, and an IT professional, led by me.
